Thank you for purchasing a template from Velox Themes.


We want every customer to feel confident before buying. That's why we provide live previews, screenshots, product descriptions, and licensing information on every template page.


Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

All Velox Themes products are digital products. Once a template is purchased, it is delivered instantly and cannot be returned like a physical product.


Because we cannot remove or revoke access after a template has been delivered, all sales are final. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

  1. What If I Change My Mind?

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You no longer need the template

  • You purchased the wrong template

  • You found another product you prefer

  • You expected features that were not listed on the product page

  • You are new to Framer and need help learning how it works

We encourage all customers to review the demo and product information before purchasing.

  1. What If I Need Help?

We're happy to help if you're having trouble using your template.

Support includes:

  • Template setup questions

  • Issues with the original template files

  • Help accessing your purchase

  • Bugs found in the original template

  1. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion.


Examples may include:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product

  • A technical issue that prevents access to the template and cannot be resolved

  • An accidental purchase reported immediately after checkout


Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.


*Please note that refunds will be the purchase amount minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment platform.

  1. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.


Most issues can be resolved much faster by contacting our support team directly.


Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of support services and future purchases.
