Do I need to know how to code to use these templates?

Nope! All Velox templates are built 100% in Framer, so you can customize everything visually. No code needed

Can I use one template for multiple clients?

Yes! Make sure to choose the right license to use the template on unlimited client projects.

Will I get updates if the template changes?

Yes. If we update the template or add improvements, you’ll get access to the latest version by re-remixing the template

How do I access my purchase?

You can find your templates after purchase by accessing our Polar customer portal here:

Can I get a refund after purchase?

Because these are digital products, we can't offer refunds. But if you run into issues, let us know, we’ll do our best to help.

How can I change my invoice detail?

You can log in to our customer portal, then go to Orders > View Order > Edit Invoice. From there, you can also change the address and download the invoice.

Do you offer support after purchase?

Yes! We’re happy to help you set up your template, fix bugs, or guide you through features that come with the original design. Our goal is to make sure your website looks just like the demo and runs smoothly on Framer.


Please note: Template support covers bugs, broken elements, and questions about how the template works. Customisation and setup work aren't included.

Can we book a call or screen share session?

We currently don’t offer live calls or 1-on-1 sessions. Our support is 100% async, meaning we’ll guide you through email, docs, or videos. This helps us respond faster and keep support fair for everyone.

Can I pay extra for a custom version or setup help?

We don’t offer paid customization or setup services at the moment. Our focus is on building great templates and providing clear support for what’s included.


If you need something custom, we recommend hiring a Framer expert who can tailor it to your needs.

Can I get help with custom changes or new components?

If it’s not part of the original template, like adding new sections, custom code, or unique layouts, it’s outside our standard support. We focus on helping you use the template as provided so everyone gets quick and reliable help.


If you need custom work, we can connect you with a trusted Framer expert.

I’ve customized the template a lot and something broke. Can you fix it?

Once you make major changes, it’s hard for us to debug since it’s no longer the same setup. We’ll try to point you in the right direction, but we can’t guarantee a fix for heavily modified templates.


If you need advanced troubleshooting, we recommend hiring a developer familiar with Framer.
