By purchasing, downloading, or using any template from Velox Themes (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using our digital products.
1. Licensing
Templates come with either a Standard License or an Extended License, as explained on our Licensing Page.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the license you purchased.
Standard License:
Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client).
Extended License:
Use the template on unlimited live websites, including for clients or multiple businesses.
You may customize the template freely, but you may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the original file
2. Digital Product Usage
When you purchase a template, you are buying a license to use, not ownership of the template.
You can:
Use the template for permitted use under your license
Customize it fully using Framer
Transfer the finished site to a client or personal brand
You cannot:
Resell or redistribute the original Framer file
Use the file as part of another product or template
Share your remix link publicly or in template marketplaces
Claim the unmodified design as your own
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads, they become accessible immediately after purchase.
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, copied, or used.
For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
Please review the product details, live preview, and license information carefully before purchasing.

4. Product Updates
If we update or improve a template you’ve purchased, you will receive access to the new version. We do not guarantee lifetime updates but do our best to maintain templates.
5. Support
We provide email-based support for all paid customers. Support includes help with:

Framer-specific functionality
Bug fixes or issues in the original template
Support does not include custom edits or large design modifications.
Support Conduct
We are committed to providing helpful and respectful support to all customers.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or discontinue support services if a customer engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward our team. This includes, but is not limited to:
Personal attacks or insults
Harassment or intimidation
Hate speech or discriminatory language
Repeated aggressive or abusive communication
Threats of any kind
In such cases, access to the purchased product and license will remain valid, but support services may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
6. Right to Modify
We may update our products, license terms, or these Terms of Use at any time. Any new license terms will not retroactively affect projects already built using previous versions.
