These terms apply when you use veloxthemes.com or the Velox Library at library.veloxthemes.com (including Copy prompts, downloads, Design.md and the MCP connection), or when you buy a template from Velox Themes (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, buying, downloading or using our products, you agree to them.

1. Your Account
- An account is for one person. Plans are single-user, even if you work in a team or agency; please do not share your sign-in.
- Keep your email address current and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including through AI tools you connect to it.
2. Library Plans and Billing
- We offer a Free plan and paid Pro and Max plans. Each plan's features and daily allowances are shown on the pricing page and in your account.
- Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices.
- Paid plans renew automatically, every 3 months or every year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Daily copy and template allowances reset at midnight UTC. Copies made on the website and through MCP share the same count.
- Max includes template credits. Credits never expire, including after you cancel or change plans. One credit unlocks one eligible template with an Extended License.
- When you change plans, the plan-change screen shows when the change starts and any payment due before you confirm.
- If we change a plan's price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your renewal.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: Pro and Max payments can be refunded within 7 days if you have used no more than the Free plan allows and have not claimed a template credit; you can cancel a plan anytime; and template, Lifetime and All Access purchases are final except in the cases the Refund Policy lists.

4. Using Library Resources
Sections, components, their source code and Copy prompts, and Design.md files are library resources.
You can:
- Use the resources your plan includes in your own websites and in client projects.
- Change them as much as you like and hand finished websites to your clients.
You cannot:
- Resell, redistribute or share the original resources, source code or prompts on their own, even if modified.
- Put them in a template, UI kit, component library or other product that you sell or give away.
- Use them to build a competing library or design resource.
Keep any third-party notices (for example font licenses) included with a resource when you deliver a finished website. Access to paid resources ends when your paid plan ends; websites you finished while your plan was active can stay live.
5. Templates and Licenses
Templates come with either a Standard License or an Extended License, as explained on our Licensing Page. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the license you purchased. When you buy a template, you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the template.
Standard License: Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client).
Extended License: Use the template on unlimited live websites, including for clients or multiple businesses.
You can:
- Use the template for permitted use under your license
- Customize it fully in the formats included with it (Framer, and Figma, HTML or Webflow where available)
- Transfer the finished site to a client or personal brand
You cannot:
- Resell or redistribute the original template files
- Use the files as part of another product or template
- Share your remix link publicly or in template marketplaces
- Claim the unmodified design as your own
6. AI Tools and MCP
- You can paste Copy prompts into AI tools or connect a compatible AI assistant to your account through MCP. MCP use counts toward your plan's allowances and is subject to rate limits that keep the service fair and secure.
- AI tools can make mistakes. Review and test what your tools produce before you publish it; you are responsible for the websites you build with them.
- The AI provider you choose handles your requests under its own terms.
7. Acceptable Use
Please do not:
- Share your account or let others use your plan.
- Scrape, bulk-download or automatically collect resources, or try to get around allowances, rate limits or access controls.
- Use our products for anything unlawful, or to harm Velox Themes, our customers or others.
8. Product Updates
If we update or improve a template you've purchased, you will receive access to the new version. We do not guarantee lifetime updates but do our best to maintain templates.
Library resources may be updated, renamed or retired over time. Templates you bought or claimed with a credit stay yours under their license.
9. Support
We provide email-based support for all paid customers. Support includes help with:
- Setup questions
- How to use our resources, templates and formats
- Bug fixes or issues in the original templates and resources
Support does not include custom edits or large design modifications.
Support Conduct
We are committed to providing helpful and respectful support to all customers.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or discontinue support services if a customer engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward our team. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal attacks or insults
- Harassment or intimidation
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Repeated aggressive or abusive communication
- Threats of any kind
In such cases, access to the purchased product and license will remain valid, but support services may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
10. Suspension and Closing Your Account
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access, abusing the service or making fraudulent chargebacks. Where we can, we will tell you first.
- You can stop using our products at any time. To delete your account, email us at info@veloxthemes.com.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep our products accurate and working, but they are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update our products, license terms, or these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you in advance. Any new license terms will not retroactively affect projects already built using previous versions.
